This document governs the terms and conditions governing the take away service offered by Birrificio Valtellinese (hereinafter the “Venue”).
The takeaway service is intended for food and beverages mainly produced internally by the Venue, such as specially prepared dishes and craft beers produced by the Birrificio Valtellinese.
The service includes some consumer products (for example, but not limited to: canned drinks, bottled water).
The online ordering service is available 24 hours a day; however, orders can be placed exclusively for collection during the Venue's operating hours, which will be proposed by the system at the time of ordering.
Birrificio Valtellinese reserves the right to:
establish minimum order amounts;
establish minimum or maximum order quantities;
limit the list of products available online, also based on the availability of ingredients, given that all dishes are prepared specifically to order and that, during service, some ingredients may run out.
The take away service does not include home delivery or shipping of the products.
The Customer is required to personally collect the order at the cash register of the Venue, Birrificio Valtellinese, on the day and at the time selected during the order.
Birrificio Valtellinese reserves the right to:
allow payment upon collection, or
require electronic payment in advance upon order confirmation online.
Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Upon collection, the Customer is required to verify the condition and conformity of the ordered products (whether they are specially prepared foods, craft beers, or other available products).
Any anomalies or problems must be promptly reported to the cashier before payment.
After payment, the product is considered accepted.
The Customer is required to indicate any allergies, food intolerances or specific dietary needs directly when ordering online, using the appropriate communication spaces provided for each product.
Birrificio Valtellinese cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from omissions, oversights or information incorrectly communicated by the Customer during the order phase.
Given the absence of shipping or home delivery, the online ordering service is intended by Birrificio Valtellinese as an extension of on-site consumption:
only the ordering methods and the final place of consumption change.
The Customer always has the option of viewing the product at the time of collection, in the presence of a member of staff, and checking that it corresponds to what was ordered before final acceptance.
Foods ordered online are prepared expressly to order and are intended for immediate consumption, preferably on the same day of collection.
Therefore, there is no expiration date.
Birrificio Valtellinese is not responsible for any problems arising from arbitrary or unsuitable storage methods adopted by the Customer after collection.
Birrificio Valtellinese, always attentive to environmental issues and the protection of the territory, invites customers to correctly dispose of packaging, bottles, accessory materials and receipts, in compliance with current regulations and common civic sense.
The Venue cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-compliant behavior adopted by the Customer in this regard.
While producing and serving alcoholic beverages, Birrificio Valtellinese promotes and encourages responsible consumption, in full compliance with current regulations and, above all, the health and safety of everyone, customers and non-customers alike.
